Here are the results of a search for a business who is in a “Second Tier” RTO (Relation to Owner) for a construction project in Oregon that is Privately Owned and Non Residential in Nature (ie: A Building or Shopping Center). The 50 State Guide shows that the first notice required to protect the lien rights of this company is a “Notice of Right to Lien” which must be served within 8 days from starting the job.

If you are unsure of any of any of the SEARCH CRITERIA requirements, enter what you believe to be the most applicable to view the notice requirements for that condition. Remember, this is a guide to help you find any condition which may exist and the appropriate notice or action for the selected search.
