New Look, Same Mission

Today we are launching our new logo and website.

These changes are fuelled by our commitment to continually innovate and improve in order to serve our customers with excellence and adapt to the ever-changing world we live in.

We wanted to take a minute to explain these changes and also emphasize what is not changing – so you can be assured we are improving the areas that can be improved, and keeping the things that make us who we are.

Let’s start with the new logo. Our new logo expresses who we are and what we have been known for – a trusted, professional, and excellent service. We created a new icon image that is more simple and memorable. This brand mark shows two halves of a square coming together – one-half red, the other-half white (or blue) – which highlights our mission of being a partner that you can trust. It also shows four unique pieces of the square being connected to make one whole which conveys completeness and follow through – two qualities that CRM has been known for the past 33 years. We kept the same color scheme of red, white, and blue as we will continue to serve all of the U.S. with our notice preparation service. Finally, this new logo translates well on different devices and surfaces and we think it looks especially good on certified mail!

We like the new look. We hope you do too.

Our new logo wouldn’t have looked quite right on our old website, so we are also taking this opportunity to launch a new website with improved user experience. This new website is clean, simple, and easy to navigate but is still packed with valuable knowledge on lien law and risk management. All of the great tools from the old site, like the 50 State Guide and our Blog, can be found on our new site in the Resources section. We also have redesigned our Request Form experience to be much more simple and less overwhelming which will allow our customers to be able to submit orders in half the time! Finally, we have a comprehensive list of the Services we offer all in one place on our Services page – any document or service you may need to secure your right-to-lien can be found here. Feel free to explore and let us know what you think by leaving a comment below.

The logo and the web site may be changing, but what is not changing is our mission of helping you save time on your notices and get paid what you’re due. For the past 33 years, we have been committed to being a helpful, knowledgeable, and trusted partner. We are a family business with family values. The Golden Rule has guided us and we take pride in doing the right thing. This is who we have been and who we will continue to be.

Thank you for joining us on this journey of change and growth. We couldn’t do it without you.
